Gila Products LLC, in business for over 30 years, is a well-established importer and wholesaler of accessories and novelties.  In the recent past, Gila’s focus has been primarily on the sale and distribution of umbrellas, rain gear and bags.  Today, Gila is recognized as a significant participant in the wholesale, retail and promotional markets for these products.

The Company has three distinct channels of distribution: (1) wholesale; (2) retail; and (3) promotional markets.  It has offices in New Jersey and Los Angeles, and utilizes warehouses at both locations.  Over many years in business, Gila has created direct business relationships with a substantial number of manufacturing organizations and factories overseas.

Gila is experienced in the area of licensing.  Gila has manufactured and imported licensed products with the approval of, or in joint coordination with, the approved licensee.  Finally, over the years, Gila has marketed and sold products under its own proprietary trade names.  Gila has manufactured, imported, marketed and/or sold products under the following licenses (directly or with others): Givenchy, Geoffrey Beene, Nicole Miller, and London Fog.  In addition, Gila has manufactured, imported, distributed and/or sold umbrellas under the following proprietary trade names:  It’s Raining!™, Rainmakers, Rain Dance, English Mist, Givana and Christophe.

One of Gila’s primary assets is its reputation for integrity and honesty, a fundamental legacy of its founder.  The Company also is proud of its record in the area of customer service and satisfaction.  Gila has been and currently is a participating member of both the Collegiate Licensing Company and Licensing Resource Group.
